Helpful staff, quality dining, convenient location, an really good getaway.

Super friendly staff, our suitcase got lost during the flight, the hotel team put together a bag of consumer goods the same evening and didn't charge anything for it! The tour offered there was super interesting and inexpensive. Top location in the Medina.

The staff were friendly, especially Fatima and Kareem. My spacious room was beautifully decorated and clean. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Medina.

The courtyard is beautiful with the tiles, the ornaments, as one imagines a bourgeois house behind the closed walls. The suite is large, beautifully furnished. And above all, the staff is more than friendly and helpful. Myriam the Cook deserves a medal!

The roof terrace could be furnished more comfortably.

The terrace views were amazing! The room was comfy and quiet, and staff like Fatima made sure I felt at home. Just wished the breakfast had more variety 😊

Everything. In particular, the massage and the courtyard.

Due to the season, the room cooled down considerably at night.

Dinner was delicious, served beautifully in the riad.

Key delivery when leaving the house, bathroom moderate and very dark

the location was exceptionally nice and perfect for walking around an ornate city gate. and the area was nice quiet, just next door to old medina, the markets and the major attractions.

The staff, particularly Fatima, were genuinely helpful.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The breakfast became monotonous after a couple of days, lacking any savory options that could enhance the traditional offerings. The conversion rates for the payment were not communicated transparently, leading to an unexpected extra charge during checkout. It was disheartening to encounter these challenges during what was meant to be a relaxing stay.

The riad exudes charm with its spacious and beautifully decorated interiors. Quick access to the Medina saves time, though limited parking can be an issue. The sunset views from the terrace are a highlight. The dinner options didn't quite meet expectations, lacking distinctive flavors. While the staff's friendliness was good, clarity on parking arrangements would enhance the experience.

The location is perfect, on the edge of the Medina. The staff were very cute, especially Zakaria who ensured we were well taken care of. Breakfast each morning was good, and we loved the two dinners we had, though they could be improved. The evening views from the terrace were fine.
